·         Show them only the prescreened homes chosen, and make sure that they are available for showing when it’s convenient for the clients;

·         Help them find the correct home in a neighborhood that is right for them;

·         Recommend local Lawyers, Mortgage Brokers, Home Inspectors and trades professionals to complete the transaction, who will fit their schedule, no matter how tight it may be;

·         As part of our after sales service, if they are unable to be in Calgary while work is
being done to their new home, we may be able to help by allowing trades people access and assisting in their supervision.
