Land Use Bylaw 1P2007 | |
Since Calgary's existing Land Use Bylaw 2P80 was written nearly 30 years ago, Calgary has experienced tremendous growth. In this period the Land Use Bylaw (LUB) has been amended over 150 times, affecting almost 1600 sections of the document. Eventually, the Bylaw was determined to be expensive to administer and inadequate to meet the emerging needs of Calgary's residents and businesses. Land Use Bylaw 1P2007 is a large, complex and detailed regulatory document. These pages are your gateway to exploring its basic technical elements. View the Real Story |
